Brevant District Leader – Job Responsibilities: Leadership of Retail Sales Agronomist and Retail Business Manager team to deliver seed growth results with targeted retail business accounts. Provide vision to the district team to develop a differentiated strategy and tactics to exponentially grow the seed business through retail. Drive 1-3 year district planning for the area that ensures internal Brevant and retail execution of seed sales providing a high-quality Brevant Seeds experience for all. Strong emphasis on coaching, developing, and recruiting talent within the team and across the organization. Drive Business forecasting which includes communicating market dynamics that impact the execution of Brevant business plans. Provide input into sales strategies and programs and execute plans to achieve results. Identify key accounts and sellers via segmentation to focus resources on in each business cycle driving two-way accountability. Deep collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with Account Management, Product, Marketing and Customer Service. Develop relationships with retailer leadership to ensure growth strategies unique to each key account are being developed and implemented. What will you need as a Brevant District Leader? Bachelor’s degree Eight (8) years of Ag marketing or sales experience including the leadership and development of employees and teams Knowledge or training in a specialized, technical, or professional discipline such as Agronomy, Plant Science, Marketing, agri-business, Business Administration, or related field.
