Role Description This full-time District Sales Manager role is a hybrid position based in Giza. The District Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory, lead and coach a team of medical representatives, and ensure sales targets and market share objectives are achieved. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing territory sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting regular field visits and joint calls with team members. The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and key accounts, as well as coordinating product launches, promotional activities, and market development initiatives. The District Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and senior management to provide market feedback, forecast demand, and support Integra’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding district or territory targets.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team coaching, performance management, and talent development in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and planning skills, including territory analysis, demand forecasting, and use of sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
- Good understanding of the Egyptian pharmaceutical market, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field; postgraduate studies in business or marketing are an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical promotion standards and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort with digital tools for reporting, communication, and remote collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-changing market.
