Sales & Key Accounts Manager

Closers with a medical degree don't grow on trees. We're hiring one.

Lensika LLC, a Dubai-based medical-marketing agency, is hiring a Sales & Key Accounts Manager to lead closing, own our key healthcare accounts, and lead our appointment-setting team.

You'll run high-stakes closing conversations, own relationships with corporate and healthcare clients, and build the pipeline behind them.

This role is built for someone with a clinical or pharma background who moved into sales and leadership — an ex-medical or pharma sales rep who became a sales manager is our ideal profile.

What you'll do:

• Lead closing conversations and convert warm and hot leads into signed clients
• Own relationships with key corporate and healthcare accounts, including quarterly business reviews
• Manage and coach our appointment-setting team — set targets, review pipeline, ensure CRM hygiene
• Grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and affiliate/referral partnerships
• Own the sales pipeline and CRM structure end to end

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales/closing experience with a real track record
• Medical or clinical degree (pharmacist, physician, dentist, veterinarian, or medical-science field)
• Fluent Arabic and fluent business English (both tested at interview)

Full-time · Hybrid (remote + UAE on-site periods) · International contractor · UAE mobility required (valid passport, able to travel to UAE)
