Your work will contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued and employees feel connected to Northbridge's culture and community.

- 3+ years experience in a DEI focused role
- Experience developing, implementing, or supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, awareness campaigns, or enterprise-wide initiatives
- Experience partnering with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), employee committees, or other stakeholder groups
- Experience leading projects and driving initiatives from planning through implementation, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
