Supporting the DIB Committee and Advisory Board, including meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
Delivering the DIB communications and engagement plan, working with Brand & Marketing and Internal Communications, and managing campaign moments such as International Women’s Day and Black History Month.
Coordinating project milestones, stakeholder updates, invoices, supplier payments and budget tracking; identifying improvements to processes and value for money.
Keeping up to date with relevant legislation, regulation and sector good practice, and contributing to the wider Talent, Performance and Capability team.
