We are seeking a high-performing Division Director of Temporary Accounting & Finance Sales to lead and grow a top-producing team within a fast-paced, results-driven staffing environment. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and developing a high-performing sales organization focused on temporary and contract accounting & finance placements.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale a team of A&F sales recruiters and account executives
Own division-level revenue targets, forecasting, and overall performance
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand existing client relationships and win new business
Drive consistent activity standards, pipeline management, and conversion metrics across the team
Partner with senior leadership on market strategy, hiring, and organizational growth
Maintain a strong presence in the market through client meetings, networking, and business development
Ensure best practices in recruiting, delivery, and candidate experience
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales
Proven track record of billing success and leadership in a high-performance environment
Experience managing or mentoring teams in a sales-driven setting
Strong understanding of temporary/contract staffing models
Excellent communication, coaching, and client relationship skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven culture
