Hybrid Divorce Attorney (Dallas, TX) A Dallas Family Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join its boutique practice. The firm is mission-focused and centers its work on helping women through divorce. To support attorneys in focusing on practicing law, collections, intake, and consultations are handled by a dedicated team. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas, with attorneys able to primarily work from home and attend in-person court and mediations. Responsibilities Handle family law litigation matters with a focus on divorce. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and related family law documents; attorneys may take on as little or as much drafting as they prefer. Collaborate within a boutique practice environment to advance client matters and support the firm’s mission. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant legal experience. Texas bar license (required). Demonstrated experience in family law litigation. Strong drafting skills.
