Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classify and label diverse text, image, and document datasets to train next-generation AI models.
• Audit AI system outputs to identify hallucinations, formatting errors, or deviations from user prompts.
• Highlight confusing or contradictory data points to assist in refining overarching project guidelines.
• Balance speed and meticulous attention to detail to achieve strict weekly productivity metrics.

Requirements:

• High-level critical analysis skills and the capacity to evaluate nuanced textual and visual data.
• Experience evaluating creative or technical work against strict rubrics or guidelines is strongly preferred.
• Advanced English language skills, capable of identifying subtle linguistic inconsistencies.
• Requires a secure home office environment, a modern computer, and fast, reliable internet.
• Strictly limited to applicants physically located in the United States or Canada.
