We are looking for a Documentation & Training Officer to develop and manage user-oriented content, guidance, and documentation concerning the management of Communication Framework Contracts.

🌍 Location: Remote

As part of the IT Training team, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing web-based documentation (knowledge articles, FAQs, tutorials) and training materials.
  • Translating complex procurement processes and business requirements into practical information for non-specialist audiences.
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project managers to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Organizing and delivering presentations, workshops, and webinars.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Secondary education + 12 years of IT professional experience, OR

✔ University degree (EQF 6) + 7 years of IT professional experience, OR

✔ Master's degree (EQF 7) + 5 years of IT professional experience.

✔ English: Required C1 level.

✔ French and German: Required B1 level.

Essential Expertise

  • Experience in multinational communication projects and high-budget communication campaigns.
  • Documentation and knowledge management (drafting manuals, FAQs, templates).
  • Support for procurement processes and framework contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaborative authoring tools such as SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in multicultural environments
