As a Domain Delivery Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all domain-related orders from clients, whether received directly or through the sales team. You will plan and execute these orders within the defined project scope, ensuring they are completed efficiently in alignment with project goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, as you will have full responsibility for managing and delivering orders on time and according to client expectations.
Our Domain Delivery Specialist reports directly to the Domain Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Domain Orders: Execute assigned domain-related orders efficiently and in line with company and client expectations.
Plan and Prioritize: Organize and prioritize domain-related orders/projects, always considering the best interests of both the client and the internal team.
Maintain Accuracy and Standards: Ensure all tasks are performed with precision and in accordance with industry best practices.
Client Communication and Expertise: Act as the domain expert, providing guidance to clients and keeping them informed throughout the order/project lifecycle.
Collaborate on Projects: Provide support to colleagues on their orders as needed.
Identify Business Opportunities: Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities within the scope of assigned orders.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement, refining processes, routines, and internal guides for domain management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the domain industry and familiarity with relevant products and services.
Adaptable & Quick Thinking: Able to respond swiftly to new challenges and changes, making effective decisions in fast-paced environments.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in identifying solutions and effectively resolving conflicts.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and structure daily and weekly tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
Proficient in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Team Player & Independent Worker: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Technologically Savvy: Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new tools and systems.
Quick Learner: Ability to absorb new information quickly and apply it effectively.
Domain Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Abions Domain services and the long-term success of the business. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy, service and developing knowledge within the industry.
