Domain Expert – Exposure Management

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a Domain Expert – Exposure Management to strengthen and mature our Exposure Management and CTEM capability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Shape and further develop the bank’s Exposure Management capability.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities, requirements and solutions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, engineers, security specialists and senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in CTEM, Exposure Management and AI-driven security.
• Challenge technical solutions and decisions from a security and risk perspective.
• Drive initiatives from idea through implementation and ensure improvements are embedded across people, processes and technology.
• Contribute to strengthening the bank’s overall security posture.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Exposure Management and CTEM.
• Good knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, cybersecurity risks and security controls.
• Sufficient technical depth to challenge solutions and technical decisions.
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and security trends.
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Pragmatic, proactive and results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to turn strategy into execution.
