Job description

Within the eMigration programme, you act as a project leader and Domain Lead: you manage through influence, clarity of vision and trust instead of control. You are at the service of the teams so that they can deliver value to the business. Your responsibilities include:

  • Unite different agile teams (squads) around a common vision and common objectives, and ensure alignment between the priorities of the business and those of the teams;
  • Creating the conditions for autonomy: establishing a clear framework, leaving decisions as close as possible to the teams and guiding them in their growth towards more maturity (servant leadership);
  • Draw up the global planning together with the teams, coordinate the dependencies between the teams and weigh priorities in a transparent way;
  • Facilitate the rituals of the domain (synchronizations between teams, reviews, retrospectives) and promote the sharing of good practices and learning experiences;
  • Identify and remove the obstacles that slow down the teams, by facilitating collaboration with the other teams, the business and IT;
  • Coaching and developing people, giving and receiving feedback, and maintaining a culture of trust, transparency and continuous improvement;
  • Manage the project's change requests in consultation with stakeholders;
  • Regularly report on the progress of the project to the relevant authorities, with transparency on risks and difficulties;
  • Escalate significant changes or issues that exceed acceptable tolerance thresholds correctly and in a timely manner;
  • Ensuring the follow-up of suppliers by involving them as true partners;
  • Budget management.

  • Servant leadership: the ability to lead, inspire and give autonomy to the teams (squads), while removing administrative or organizational obstacles;
  • Stakeholder management: the ability to operate in a complex public ecosystem (cabinets, general management, external partners) and to reconcile sometimes divergent interests.

Required experience

  • Business-IT interface: solid experience in a bridging role (e.g. senior Product Owner, Business Relationship Manager or program director) in which non-technical communication was a key factor for success;

  • You have significant experience in leading large-scale IT projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-cutting dependencies.
  • You have proven experience in process optimization and business process reengineering.
  • You will master the principles and challenges of change management, particularly in the context of organizational and digital transformations.

  • You deal diplomatically with tensions and conflicts, and you know how to negotiate solutions that are acceptable to all;
