Providence is calling for Donor Engagement Program Manager - Hybrid The Donor Engagement Program Manager supports a family of divisional foundations by executing strategic communications that drive donor retention, inspire giving and strengthen relationships with local foundations. This role develops donor-centered content highlighting philanthropic opportunities, donor impact and local initiatives across print, digital, and social channels for both internal and external audiences. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years of Relevant marketing and communications experience. Experience in traditional and digital communications. Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories around a common theme. Experience developing print collateral in partnership with design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts and social content. Experience working with photographers and videographers. Project management software experience. Demonstrated experience and track record in working successfully with upper management and key stakeholders in a collaborative manner. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience working in health care, medical, academia. 3 years of experience working in nonprofit. Why Join Providence?
