Brief Job Overview The Senior Business Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional programs that deliver strategic business outcomes and organizational value. This role is accountable for managing multiple interrelated initiatives, aligning stakeholders around common objectives, driving execution, and ensuring successful realization of business benefits. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success navigating complex organizational environments and influencing executive-level decision-making. The Senior Business Program Manager has the following responsibilities: • Lead enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects, workstreams, and business stakeholders. • Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and milestone schedules. • Partner with executive sponsors and business leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success criteria. • Drive governance processes, executive reporting, and decision-making forums. • Facilitate communication and alignment across business, technology, operational, and external partners. • Identify and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts. • Track program performance, budget, resource utilization, and benefit realization. • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-level presentations. • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across program teams. Who is USP Looking For? The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field. • 8+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex business or technology programs. • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups. • Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills. • Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance processes. • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment in matrixed organizations. Additional Desired Preferences • Master's degree (MBA or related discipline). • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification. • Experience leading enterprise transformation, digital modernization, or business process improvement initiatives. • Experience working within a PMO, portfolio management, or governance environment. Compensation Base Salary Range: USD $100,042.00 – $142,560.00 annually. Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate’s skill set, experience, qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons.
