Overnight Eye Donation Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Kansas City, MO | Hybrid - 7 days in office per month

Pay: $23.82/hour + overtime opportunities + great benefits

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Rotating 3-4 shifts per week, includes every other weekend

At Saving Sight, you'll do more than answer calls and coordinate cases. You'll help honor donor wishes, support families during meaningful moments, and play a direct role in restoring sight through the gift of eye donation.

What to Expect Each Shift

No two nights are the same. You'll play a critical role in coordinating the donation process by:

  • Speaking with donor families and guiding them through important conversations with compassion and professionalism.
  • Reviewing medical information and documentation to determine donor eligibility.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and healthcare partners - hospitals, funeral homes, and medical examiners.
  • Gathering and organizing time-sensitive information while maintaining accuracy.
  • Making thoughtful decisions based on established guidelines.
  • Supporting a process that requires teamwork across multiple departments and organizations.
