DORA IT Analyst Expert

Salary: 900 - 1150 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project


You will join a project within the financial sector focused on Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) compliance and operational resilience.
The role requires strong expertise in DORA regulatory requirements, including the main regulation and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS), combined with hands-on experience in IT risk, compliance, business continuity and operational resilience.
You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess existing practices against regulatory requirements, identify gaps and support the organization in defining required actions.

Responsibilities you'll have

  • Analyse and interpret DORA regulatory requirements and relevant Regulatory Technical StandardsTranslate regulatory requirements into actionable requirements for financial entities
  • Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to applicable regulatory requirementsIdentify gaps between regulatory expectations and existing processes, controls and practices
  • Support activities related to operational resilience
  • Work within areas related to Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management and IT Service Continuity Management
  • Independently prepare, lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams
  • Cooperate with stakeholders across different areas and levels of senioritySupport the alignment of IT and business processes with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute senior-level expertise within IT Risk Management and IT Compliance

Expected competences and knowledge

  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong subject matter knowledge of DORA, including the main regulation and relevant Regulatory Technical Standards
  • Practical experience in Risk Management and IT Compliance
  • Knowledge and experience within Business Continuity Management
  • Knowledge of Crisis Management and IT Service Continuity Management
  • Experience within operational resilience
  • Previous professional experience within financial institutions or the banking sector
  • Hands-on experience performing regulatory gap assessments
  • Experience evaluating organizational adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of different seniority levels
