Salary range: €65,000 - €106,000 gross per year, including 13th month and holiday allowance

We are looking for a DORA toezichthouder - Asset Management to supervise compliance with the European Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) within the Dutch asset management sector. In this role, you will assess IT processes, internal controls, and risk management practices to ensure asset managers effectively manage their IT risks.

Working closely with IT audit, cybersecurity, and other regulatory specialists, you will translate complex IT risks into practical insights and contribute to a more resilient financial sector.

What you bring:

• Completed university degree, for example in Cybersecurity, Information Management, or IT Audit

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance, or a related field

• Knowledge of IT risk management standards, frameworks, and legislation, such as DORA, ISO 27001, and COBIT

• RE or CISA certification is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex issues

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both verbally and in writing

• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
