Dormouse Licenced Ecologist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Consultant or Senior Ecologist with a dormouse licence, for a small, established consultancy on the Devon / Somerset border.  You'll be working with a friendly, sociable and supportive team who love what they do, where they do it, and who they do it with! You'll have flexible working hours and the opportunity to work predominantly remote or hybrid if preferred, with everyone getting together for team meetings. Work-life balance is protected, with no back-to-back dusk/dawn surveys, ability to manage your own time, and a positive working culture. Your work will be varied, from residential to infrastructure to flood alleviation projects, with the business working to develop more estate management / habitat restoration work over time. If you have 2+ years experience in Ecology (ideally within consultancy, but not essential) and a dormouse licence, we would love to hear from you.
