Dot Net Developer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 10–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET 8+, ASP.NET, MVC, React, Redux, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. This role involves building scalable and high-performance web applications, developing robust APIs, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. Experience in cloud-native development, Agile methodologies, and modern software engineering practices is essential. Exposure to AI tools, US Healthcare Insurance, Python, PySpark, and HIVE will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET technologies.
  
• Build scalable and high-performance applications using .NET 8+, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.
  
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and Redux.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
  
• Create, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
  
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.
  
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and application maintenance activities.
  
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
  
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
  
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and modern application deployment practices.
  
• Knowledge of source control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
