Role Description

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with Blazor expertise to join an existing development team, follow established engineering standards and deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using .NET 8 and Blazor WebAssembly.

Implement data access and persistence with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server and MongoDB.

Work with RabbitMQ-based messaging and contribute to reliable application integration.

Apply test-driven development (TDD) and established code-quality standards.

Collaborate with the team, communicate clearly and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior .NET Architect to lead the technical direction of a portfolio of complex applications across several domains. The architect will guide experienced development teams, resolve architectural challenges and support the modernization of existing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Own and communicate the target architecture across a portfolio of applications.

Lead and coach full-stack .NET developers working on microservices-based products.

Support existing applications and drive modernization and migration of services toward .NET 10.

Guide adoption of modern architecture, with Kubernetes (K8s) identified as a longer-term target over approximately two years.

Coordinate technical work across multiple Scrum teams and support sprint delivery.

Investigate complex technical issues and challenge technical decisions with developers and other technical leads.

Collaborate with Product Owners on feature design and explain technical decisions to nontechnical stakeholders.

Organize collaborative technical sessions, manage priorities and emergencies, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Required Experience and Competencies

Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect.

Strong technical leadership, architectural design and analytical problem-solving skills.

Experience coaching developers and coordinating multiple development teams.

Strong communication, structured solution approach and ability to collaborate within Scrum teams.
