Overview

Creator Match is seeking a Draft Reviewer to ensure creator content meets campaign requirements, brand expectations, and applicable compliance standards before it moves through the approval process.

This role is focused on content quality assurance, accuracy, and risk identification. The Draft Reviewer is responsible for reviewing creator submissions, identifying required changes, and providing clear internal feedback to support efficient content revisions.

Role Summary

The Draft Reviewer owns the first-line internal quality-control process for creator content, ensuring drafts are reviewed against campaign briefs, brand guidelines, contractual deliverables, and relevant disclosure requirements.

The Draft Reviewer works closely with Creator Marketing Managers, Creator Associates, and Creator Coordinators to identify content issues early, reduce unnecessary revision cycles, and maintain consistent content standards.

This role does not own creator strategy, commercial decisions, client relationships, or creator negotiations. The CMM remains accountable for creator-side content decisions and escalations.

Core Skillsets Required

Content Review & Quality Control

  • Review creator content drafts against approved campaign briefs and brand guidelines.

  • Confirm required messaging, product information, deliverables, and campaign elements are present.

  • Evaluate content for messaging clarity, accuracy, completeness, and overall quality.

  • Identify missing deliverables, incorrect brand references, unsupported claims, or content that does not meet campaign requirements.

  • Review content across relevant platforms and formats, including short-form video, long-form video, social posts, and newsletters.

  • Build and maintain campaign-specific content review checklists based on final approved briefs.

  • Complete initial internal draft reviews accurately and within established turnaround expectations.

  • Document issues clearly so the appropriate team members can take action.

Compliance & Brand Safety

  • Check drafts for applicable FTC disclosure requirements and campaign-specific compliance standards.

  • Identify potential brand safety, reputational, legal, or platform-related content concerns.

  • Flag potentially misleading claims, incorrect disclosures, or content inconsistent with brand requirements.

  • Escalate sensitive or high-risk content to the CMM for further review.

  • Ensure identified compliance issues are addressed before content proceeds to the next approval stage.

  • Maintain awareness of evolving creator marketing disclosure and platform requirements.

  • Track recurring compliance concerns and recommend improvements to review standards.

Draft Feedback & Revision Support

  • Provide specific, actionable internal feedback on required content revisions.

  • Clearly distinguish required changes from optional quality recommendations.

  • Identify vague, contradictory, or incomplete review instructions and request clarification.

  • Coordinate with Creator Associates to ensure approved feedback is communicated accurately to creators.

  • Review revised submissions when assigned.

  • Identify patterns of repeated content issues or excessive revision rounds.

  • Help minimize avoidable revisions by maintaining consistent review standards.

  • Escalate persistent quality concerns to the CMM.

Content Workflow & Documentation

  • Maintain visibility into assigned draft review queues and outstanding reviews.

  • Coordinate with Creator Coordinators to ensure incoming drafts are received and routed appropriately.

  • Document review findings, compliance concerns, and required changes.

  • Track recurring quality issues and creators who consistently submit incomplete or low-quality drafts.

  • Flag review bottlenecks that may affect campaign deadlines.

  • Support organized handoffs between draft submission, internal review, creator revisions, and approval.

  • Maintain accurate records of content review decisions.

Content Insights & Process Improvement

  • Identify recurring weaknesses in creator submissions and recommend improvements to briefs or creator guidance.

  • Share observations about content quality, messaging, formats, and creator execution.

  • Support the development of standardized content review checklists and quality benchmarks.

  • Recommend improvements that reduce review time and unnecessary revision rounds.

  • Contribute content quality observations to campaign retrospectives when relevant.

  • Help strengthen consistency across brands, creators, and campaign formats.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with CMMs on content standards, sensitive issues, and escalation decisions.

  • Partner with Creator Associates to ensure review feedback is actionable and communicated effectively.

  • Coordinate with Creator Coordinators on draft intake, status, and outstanding revisions.

  • Support Account Managers when content issues require clarification of brand expectations.

  • Communicate review delays, quality risks, and recurring problems proactively.

  • Maintain clear documentation and accountability throughout the content review process.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Improve internal review workflows, quality-control processes, and compliance documentation.

  • Support content quality training and standardized review practices.

  • Contribute to broader Creator Marketing projects and business needs as assigned.
