Draftsperson (Australia)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson interested in collaborating with Australian architects. The ideal candidate will have basic understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using the ArchiCAD software. Interpret and develop designs based on architectural sketches, concepts, and specifications. Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and adjust drawings as needed. Assist in preparing documentation for planning and building approvals. Conduct quality checks on drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy. Manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements Experience in creating detailed architectural drawings using ArchiCAD .​ Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent attention to detail and precision in drafting work. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
