About the Role

Rosewell is seeking an experienced Distributor or Exporting Director in Malaysia to represent and expand our portfolio of drilling fluids and production chemicals in the oil & gas sector.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong industry connections who prefer high-earning, performance-based compensation with no income ceiling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales of drilling fluids and production chemicals in Malaysia market

Identify new clients (operators, service companies, distributors)

Manage commercial negotiations and contracts

Act as Rosewell’s commercial representative in the region

Support market entry, distributor partnerships, and long-term growth

Requirements

Proven experience in oil & gas chemicals, drilling fluids, or production chemicals

Strong network within the Malaysia oil & gas market

Background in sales, business development, exporting, or distribution

Ability to work independently on a commission-only basis

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Compensation

Commission-based compensation only
