BACKGROUND:

Telecel Liberia Limited is seeking a qualified Driver that is professional, patient, responsible with company vehicles and has excellent interpersonal skills to safeguard both staff and the general public’s wellbeing as well as company property. The Driver will work directly with all teams at Telecel Liberia to shuttle equipment and manpower to and from various workstations and for various assignments. The driver will be stationed at Telecel’s headquarters in Sinkor, Monrovia with constant trips on the field. The driver may be asked to perform additional operational and administrative tasks as management needs may arise.

TERMS OF REFERENCE:

• Operate Telecel vehicles to transport staff and equipment to various operating sites and customer locations.
• Monitor vehicle condition, report any maintenance or repair needs, ensure regular cleaning, and maintain a safe parking environment.
• Maintain a detailed log of all trips, fuel consumption, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Other operational and administrative tasks may be asked of the driver when needed

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS:

• Four (4) or more years of experience driving for a well known and reputable company or Non Governmental organization.
• High School Diploma
  • Advanced Certificate in driving or associated field desired
• Must possess a valid national ID Card and Driver’s License
• Must possess a company centered mindset to seek the interests of the entity first
• Must be trustworthy and competent when handling company vehicles
• Must have excellent Knowledge of local driving rules, regulations, and safe driving practices
• Mut have knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repairs
• Must have a clean driving record and no previous criminal record.
