Driver Operations Lead (VisMin Expansion)

We are Hiring for an operations lead to oversee our Visayas and Mindanao expansion!

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned Driver Hub.

• Lead driver onboarding, verification, training, and activation activities.

• Support hub expansion and new site launches, including offsite onboarding programs.

• Improve hub processes and strategies to drive efficiency, activation, and growth.

• Monitor hub performance and implement data-driven improvements.

• Ensure hub operational readiness, including manpower, supplies, training, and facilities.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver hub and expansion initiatives.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Growth-oriented and proactive, with an interest in hub expansion.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Data- and results-driven, with a focus on operational improvement.

• High integrity, accountability, and sound judgment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Willingness to work on-site and support hub launches and offsite activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, field operations, sales, or a related role.

• Experience in hub, branch, site, logistics, fleet, or high-volume operations is an advantage.

• Willingness to work in the assigned hub and support business needs as required.
