About the company

We are a growing U.S. logistics company specializing in Expedite transportation, with a strong focus on Box Trucks, Straight Trucks and Sprinter Vans.

We are looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter who knows the U.S. trucking market and has a proven track record of recruiting Owner Operators.

What you’ll do

• Source and recruit Owner Operators for the Expedite Division
• Focus on Box Truck / Straight Truck drivers
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals and other channels
• Conduct initial screening calls and qualify drivers according to company requirements
• Present the company, equipment options, compensation and working conditions to potential Owner Operators
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Follow up with candidates and move them through the onboarding process
• Work closely with the Operations and Safety/Compliance teams
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/CRM
• Track recruitment activity and conversion metrics
• Consistently work toward weekly and monthly hiring targets

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. trucking recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting Owner Operators
• Experience specifically with Expedite / Box Trucks / Straight Trucks is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of the U.S. trucking market and Owner Operator expectations
• Experience with different sourcing channels and recruitment platforms
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct recruitment calls in English
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
• Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and hiring targets
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

We’ll consider it a plus

• Existing network or database of U.S. Owner Operators
• Experience recruiting Expedite drivers
• Experience with Box Trucks / Straight Trucks / Sprinter Vans
• Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT requirements and basic driver qualification standards
• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems
