Drupal Backend Developer Intermediate

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experienced Drupal Backend Developer with strong knowledge of Drupal 8/9/10 backend development, custom module creation, and API integrations. The ideal candidate should be able to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures that support complex web applications.

Requirements

. 4–5 years of experience in Drupal backend development (Drupal 8/9/10 required).

• Strong proficiency in PHP 7/8 and understanding of OOP principles.
  

• Hands-on experience with:
  

  • Custom module development
    

  • Drupal Hooks, Plugins, and Services
    

  • Drupal Entity API & Form API
    

  • Configuration Management (CMI)
    

• Experience with Symfony components used in Drupal.
  

• Good understanding of MySQL/MariaDB with ability to write optimized queries.
  

• Experience integrating REST APIs / JSON:API / GraphQL.
  

• Knowledge of Composer, Drush, and Git workflow.
  

• Familiarity with Drupal caching mechanisms (Twig cache, render cache, dynamic caching).
  

• Experience working with Linux-based environments.
