Depending on your experience level, you might use your skills and experience to lead teams of engineers to design, implement, set to work and deliver radio application designs. Or, as an early-years professional, you might develop your DSP skills as part of a dynamic and skilled engineering team, working towards taking on ever-greater project responsibility.

You will work on a wide variety of state-of-the-art radio application designs on our world-class SDR platforms, from concept and modelling in environments such as MATLAB before implementation in VHDL and C/C++.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), including algorithm development and optimization
  • Practical knowledge of software-defined radio (SDR) technologies, techniques and use-cases.
  • Background in R&D for developing innovative solutions and cutting-edge algorithms.
  • Knowledge of signal modulation/demodulation techniques and digital communication protocols.
  • Strong software engineering background
  • Strong DSP fundamentals (estimation theory, filtering, spectral analysis)
  • Experience implementing DSP algorithms in real-world systems
