OVERVIEW As part of the D&T Planning Product Team, the D&T Analyst- I, Supply Chain Planning will provide end to end planning support by supporting RUN operations and enhancements, identifying opportunities, improving system stability and ensuring smooth PAK deployments. The D&T Planning Product Team provides consultation services, as well as solutions and enhancements support for planning related process across PET, North America, and International Business. Our core technologies include OMP, GCP, SAP, Spring Plan SP2 and Terra. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordinate with System Maintenance Consultant, Centre of Excellence, OMP team, Data engineers and SAP Development teams to resolve the planning related issues withing the SLA target timelines. Support development, testing and cutover of any future enhancements and projects related to Planning. Manage system configurations to meet evolving business needs and ensure optimal performance. Support OMP PAK deployment activities, including defining testing requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion for the Plan Product team. Proactively work to improve overall environment stability and ease of support. Rotational off-hour support. Provide extended-hour production support based on the monthly rotation. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Full Time graduation from an accredited university. Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, inventory management, or basic supply chain operations. Technical Skills: Sound understanding of logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes. Good understanding of master data and transactional data required for SAP ECC and Planning Tools (APO/OMP etc.) Ability to process and evaluate large data sets. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration analytical ability and problem solving. High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Willingness to continue learning to expand and build on skill sets. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree preferred. Preferred major area of study: Operations / Supply Chain. Any planning tool (OMP/O9/APO/SAP/Kinaxis) experience in any of the modules. Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills. Understanding of full Supply Planning processes - from forecast creation to finite scheduling & MRP.
