Dutch Speakers Wanted - Work Remotely from Greece

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from consumers and partners

• Assist with after-sales inquiries related to orders, payments, and complaints

• Utilize multiple internal and external tools to resolve issues

• Provide mentorship and training to new team members

• Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• C1 level in the support language (Dutch)

• B2 level in English for training purposes

• No prior experience required, but sales experience is preferred

• Advanced stress tolerance and PC knowledge

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit)
