Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and customer care via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot device-related issues and diagnose technical problems.
- Assist customers with issues related to computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other devices.
- Handle common technical issues such as power problems, audio issues, webcam problems, and performance slowdowns.
- Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and document solutions.
- Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently when required.
- Collaborate with technical and back-office teams when issues require escalation.
- Fluent or advanced Dutch (C1 level or equivalent).
- Good English (B2 level or equivalent).
- Strong PC knowledge and familiarity with computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Basic understanding of ISP-related processes, including sign-up, installation, and connection.
- Experience with messaging and online support platforms.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute or higher.
- Previous customer support experience is preferred but not required.
