This role is based in Athens, Greece, and is ideal for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic sector while delivering excellent service to clients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management. Handle complex customer issues and resolve complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain extensive knowledge of company offerings, energy solutions, and industry regulations. Document all customer interactions thoroughly for compliance and service improvement. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers. Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex customer issues. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A basic understanding of the energy sector and its dynamics is an advantage.
