Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to renewable energy products and services. Assist customers with account information, service inquiries, and technical support for renewable energy solutions. Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy options and assist them in selecting suitable solutions. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and streamline service delivery. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and industry regulations. Document customer interactions meticulously to support service improvement initiatives. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy or environmental sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
