Responsibilities Provide timely and efficient customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone communications. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, accounts, and promotions while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by customers. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality. Stay updated on product information and industry trends to offer informed support. Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms is advantageous.
