German Customer Support Advisor

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers of a prestigious Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering outstanding service and administrative support via inbound channels. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support by handling inbound calls. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve administrative and technical customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, and billing. Perform updates and maintain accurate data records within the company's internal systems. Escalate complex issues or specific calls to other specialized departments when necessary. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and project value. Requirements Languages: Native or proficient level of German (C1/C2) with good communication skills. Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented mindset. Work Model Flexibility: Ability to work from our modern office during the initial phase, with a transition to a hybrid model later on. Work Schedule & Location Location: Modern, state-of-the-art office facilities located in Mega Park, Sofia . Schedule: Rotational shifts operating Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 22:00. Flexibility: Options for 8-hour, 6-hour, and 4-hour shifts are available. Hybrid Model: Fully office-based during the first months.
