What You'll Do

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and/or email
• Assist with general, account, product, or technical inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and provide a positive customer experience

Requirements

• C1 Dutch
• B2+ English
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for selected projects
