Jobs By Nordics is looking for a motivated and independent Dutch-Speaking Freelance Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment activities within the Dutch-speaking market.

We work with established international employers across Europe and have recruitment opportunities available in several countries, including Greece, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Bulgaria.

As our freelance recruiter, you will focus on attracting, engaging and placing Dutch-speaking candidates in exciting international positions.

You will have access to our existing client opportunities, recruitment platform and ongoing support, allowing you to focus on what matters most: finding the right candidates and making successful placements.

We are now expanding our recruitment capacity within the Dutch-speaking market and are looking for a dedicated freelance recruiter to help us reach more candidates.

Your Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and recruiting Dutch-speaking candidates for our available international positions.

You will manage your own candidate pipeline and support candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing Dutch-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job platforms, professional networks and other relevant channels

• Proactively approaching candidates who may be interested in working abroad

• Screening candidates to assess their language skills, experience, motivation and availability

• Matching candidates with suitable positions across our European client network

• Presenting job opportunities, employment conditions and relocation packages

• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, including assessments and interviews

• Maintaining regular communication and follow-up with candidates

• Keeping recruitment activities and candidate information updated in our recruitment platform

• Building and developing your own pipeline of Dutch-speaking candidates

You will primarily focus on the Dutch-speaking market, helping candidates from the Netherlands, Belgium and other locations explore international career opportunities.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is independent, proactive and genuinely enjoys recruitment and working with people.

Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills are essential.

Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable, particularly within international recruitment, high-volume recruitment or candidate sourcing.

We believe you will be a great fit if you:

• Speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English

• Have experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or a related field

• Enjoy proactively reaching out to candidates and building relationships

• Have a good understanding of the Dutch-speaking candidate market

• Are comfortable using LinkedIn, social media and digital sourcing channels

• Can independently manage candidates throughout a recruitment process

• Are organised, reliable and consistent with candidate follow-up

• Have a results-oriented mindset and enjoy working towards placement goals

• Are comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule

Experience recruiting for international positions or helping candidates relocate abroad is an advantage.

Freelance Collaboration

This is an independent freelance opportunity, not a traditional employment position.

The collaboration is fully remote and performance-based, with compensation linked to successful candidate placements.

You will manage your own working hours and recruitment activities while collaborating with Jobs By Nordics on available recruitment assignments.

To enter into a freelance collaboration, you must have your own registered business or equivalent legal structure that allows you to invoice Jobs By Nordics for your services.

As an independent freelancer, you are responsible for your own taxes, social security contributions and other applicable business obligations.
