What you´ll do Support the IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Project Consulting team in day-to-day operations and administrative activities Assist in cybersecurity control testing by collecting, reviewing, and validating supporting evidence for control effectiveness assessments Support the management of the GRC function mailbox by reviewing, categorizing, and dispatching incoming emails to the appropriate stakeholders Assist the People Manager with administrative tasks, including maintaining trackers, organizing team documentation, coordinating meetings, and monitoring follow-up actions Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support team initiatives and projects Accomplish tasks as directed by supervisor(s) and collaborate with team members to achieve objectives Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, policies, rules, and regulations What makes you a good fit Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required Knowledge on IT controls and Governance, Risk and Compliance process is a plus Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least five hundred (500) on-the-job training hours Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
