Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 applications across business functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central, and will work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or Business Central).

  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).

  • Good understanding of CRM/ERP business processes (sales, service, finance, inventory, etc.).

  • Experience with customization using JavaScript, C#, .NET, or Azure functions (for technical roles).

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
