We're looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our growing international team and help develop a global CRM platform used by more than 20 business units worldwide. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, help deliver automation and AI-driven solutions, and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of our organization. What will your task be? Develop, configure, and support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to ensure reliable and stable operation. Design and implement CRM customizations and integrations aligned with business processes across the group. Manage the full change lifecycle, including analysis, testing, deployment, and release management. Maintain platform governance, user access management, documentation standards, and best practices. Support the adoption of AI-powered assistance and process automation within customer support and internal operations. Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Support application roadmap planning by preparing recommendations and prioritization inputs. Share best practices related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Maintain the knowledge base and support long-term preservation of platform know-how. Combine platform development and continuous improvement activities with day-to-day platform support. Who are we looking for? Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a technical, administrative, consulting, or support role. Experience working with CRM platforms, business applications, or process automation solutions. A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and business processes. Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions. Good command of English for collaboration in an international environment. Willingness to occasionally travel internationally. We appreciate it if: Experience with Power Platform , particularly Power Automate . Knowledge of SQL databases and data integration concepts. Experience with AI-driven solutions, chatbots, Copilot technologies, or business process automation. Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform . Experience leading projects, mentoring colleagues, or driving system improvements. Why work with us?
