Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Specialist

DYFIA is a remote-first Microsoft Partner consultancy based in Greece, working with clients across EMEA. We build solutions on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, and we’re increasingly bringing agentic AI into the mix. We’re a small, hands-on team that cares about doing things properly, and we’re looking for a contractor to join us on upcoming projects.

What you’ll do

• Design and build model-driven and canvas apps on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or custom CE apps)
• Configure Dataverse: tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, security roles
• Build automations with Power Automate and extend the platform with plugins (C#), JavaScript, and PCF controls where needed
• Work on integrations with Azure services, SharePoint, and third-party systems
• Join client workshops, help shape requirements, and turn them into clean, maintainable solutions
• Work with ALM practices: solutions, environments, pipelines

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform
• Solid Dataverse knowledge and comfort with both low-code and pro-code
• Experience with C# plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate
• Ability to talk to clients directly and explain technical choices clearly
• Fluency in Greek and English

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, etc.)
• Azure integration experience (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus)
• Power BI
• Copilot Studio or AI-driven solutions
