Key responsibilities:

• • Analyze business processes and translate business needs into Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Configure and customize Business Central according to client requirements.
  • Participate in implementation and migration projects, from requirements gathering through testing and go-live.
  • Work closely with clients to identify requirements, propose solutions and advise on system capabilities.
  • Prepare functional specifications, documentation and process descriptions.
  • Cooperate with developers on extensions, integrations and technical solutions.
  • Support users, troubleshoot functional issues and provide guidance on Business Central functionality.
  • Participate in testing, user training and post-implementation support.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and solution proposals when required.

What we’re looking for:

• • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Good understanding of ERP processes and Business Central functionality, ideally across areas such as finance, sales, purchasing, inventory or logistics.
  • Experience with Business Central implementations, configurations or migrations.
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Experience working directly with clients and coordinating with development teams.
  • Familiarity with AL, extensions and integrations would be a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of testing, documentation and implementation processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
