🔍 Role Overview: Dynatrace SRE Enablement Consultant

Key Objectives:

• Enable SRE teams to achieve end-to-end business observability using Dynatrace

• Integrate custom business-critical metrics via Python

• Design and deliver business-centric dashboards

• Correlate technical anomalies to business impact with AI-based root cause analysis

• Monitor key processes across SAP BTP and Kubernetes infrastructure

🔧 Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Dynatrace (architecture, Metrics API, dashboarding, tagging, alerting)

• Strong experience in Python scripting for observability use cases

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes monitoring

• Familiarity with SAP BTP services and their integration/monitoring

• Knowledge of Java, GoLang, Node.js (used in monitored services)

• Ability to coach and mentor SRE teams through collaborative learning
