Profile Requirements: Up to 2 Years of Experience in E-Commerce, Product Sourcing, Product Research, Online Retail, or a similar role Strong product research and sourcing abilities Experience researching wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, or other suppliers Ability to evaluate product costs, selling prices, competition, and potential profit margins Strong understanding of online shopping and e-commerce trends Experience creating and managing online product listings Familiarity with Keepa or any other similar platforms Familiarity with Smartcout or any other similar platforms Familiarity with Hunter IO and other similar platforms Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred Strong customer service and written communication skills Experience processing and managing online orders Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace Familiarity with Canva and basic content creation is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to independently research and identify new business opportunities Comfortable using AI tools for research and productivity Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision Core responsibilities: Research and identify new products with strong potential for online sales Source products from wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and other approved sources Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, shipping times, minimum order quantities, and availability Compare supplier costs with potential selling prices to determine profitability and margins Research trending, seasonal, popular, and high-demand products Monitor competitors to identify products, pricing strategies, promotions, and market opportunities Maintain organized spreadsheets of potential products, suppliers, costs, margins, and sourcing opportunities Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, product specifications, shipping, and other questions Add new products to the online store and maintain existing listings Create compelling product titles, descriptions, images, categories, pricing, SKUs, tags, and other listing information Optimize product listings with relevant keywords to improve online visibility Ensure product information, pricing, images, and inventory quantities remain accurate Process and monitor customer orders from purchase through fulfillment Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping providers to ensure orders are completed properly Monitor inventory and identify products that need to be reordered Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, messages, and product questions Assist customers with order status, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, and other concerns Resolve customer service issues while maintaining a positive shopping experience Follow up on delayed or problematic orders and coordinate solutions Assist with product launches, sales, promotions, bundles, discounts, and seasonal campaigns Update website banners, product collections, featured products, and promotional information Assist with basic social media content and product promotions Help create product graphics and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools Assist with email campaigns promoting new products, discounts, and special offers Research opportunities to sell products through additional online marketplaces and sales channels Monitor website traffic, product performance, orders, and sales trends Identify best-selling and underperforming products and recommend appropriate actions Research new e-commerce tools, technologies, AI platforms, and strategies that could help grow the store Use AI tools to assist with product research, descriptions, customer communications, marketing, and workflow efficiency Maintain organized records of suppliers, products, orders, customers, and other e-commerce information Work closely with leadership to identify new products and strategies for increasing online sales Perform additional e-commerce, customer service, sourcing, and administrative responsibilities as assigned Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
