E-Commerce Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist (Remote) Central America

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist to process daily financial transactions, download remittance reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate has hands-on bookkeeping experience and strong proficiency in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record daily transactions from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify) and payment processors (PayPal, Banquest).

• Download, format, and import remittance and settlement files into NetSuite.

• Perform daily Accounts Receivable (AR) data entry, track customer payments, and reconcile accounts.

• Investigate transaction discrepancies and create support tickets in YouTrack when system issues arise.

• Meet weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or e-commerce accounting.

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of NetSuite is required.

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay).

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for handling large volumes of financial data.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong English communication skills.
