Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery… the stuff dreams are made of.

Who We Are…

When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…

From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide.

We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce & CRM Executive to support the e-commerce marketing team at Warner Bros Tours and Retail.

As E-Commerce and CRM Executive you will take ownership of the day-to-day CRM programme across our UK, US and Japan Harry Potter Shop storefronts, with a particular focus on hands-on email marketing and the customer lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to develop a profitable channel, improve how we engage customers and contribute to data-led campaigns for a world-leading visitor attraction brand. If you are passionate about CRM, interested in the Harry Potter franchise and motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful, we would love to hear from you.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Build, schedule and maintain email campaigns, customer flows and lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across three international markets.
  • Own and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and restock communications.
  • Support campaign execution across product launches, promotions and paid media activity, including approximately one CRM send per week.
  • Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards and use engagement data to identify actionable improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including the Harry Potter Fan Club team, and external partners to support timely campaign delivery.
  • Collate and coordinate marketing assets across the website, CRM, paid channels and global marketplaces.
  • Support Amazon advertising across the UK, US and Japan, including campaign planning, briefing, asset delivery and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous hands-on experience building and scheduling email campaigns, ideally using an enterprise level CRM platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze, Bloomreach or Dotdigital.
  • Hands on working knowledge of HTML, with the ability to build or edit email content beyond drag-and-drop functionality.
  • Comfortable analysing campaign performance, maintaining dashboards and using Excel functions such as pivot tables to identify actionable insights.
  • Genuine interest in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, e-commerce and building effective customer communications.
  • Proactive and confident coordinating campaigns and smaller projects while working across internal teams and external partners.
