About Just Right Reader

Just Right Reader is a literacy publisher dedicated to helping children become confident, successful readers through engaging, research-based resources grounded in the Science of Reading. Our growing product line includes decodable and knowledge-building books, classroom resources, teacher guides, lesson plans, literacy games, family resources, and marketing materials designed for students from Birth through Grade 12.

About This Engagement

We're hiring a hands-on E-commerce Marketing Manager to own how families find, choose, and buy Just Right Reader online. This is a builder role on a small team: you'll give direction on ads one day, rewrite a product page the next, and program an email flow by Friday.

Just Right Reader makes Science of Reading decodable books that children take home and keep, with QR video lessons in 14+ languages and ESSA Level II evidence behind them. Our direct-to-family business is growing fast through state Education Savings Account (ESA) programs, which give parents state funds to spend on approved learning materials. We're approved in states including Texas, Arizona, Alabama, Utah and Georgia, selling on platforms like Odyssey and ClassWallet.

You'll take a marketing plan that's already written and make it real, measure what works, and put more money behind the winners.
