E-commerce Operations Manager

We're currently seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to own fulfillment and inventory across our scaling ecommerce brands - making sure the right product reaches millions of customers, in every market, without a hitch. Responsibilities Own fulfillment: Run day-to-day fulfillment for 2 scaling ecommerce brands - order flow, 3PL coordination, shipping, and returns - so orders go out fast, accurate, and on time. Plan inventory: Forecast demand and proactively order stock so we're never stocked out, while keeping quantities lean so we're never sitting on too much inventory. Improve the process: Continuously sharpen the fulfillment process - speed, cost, accuracy, and customer experience - and turn recurring problems into permanent fixes. Expand into new geos: Navigate our expansion into local fulfillment across multiple markets - evaluating, onboarding, and managing 3PLs region by region. Master our systems: Become the power user of our new in-house order management software as we transition to it, and feed clear requirements back to our product and dev team. Support the wider team: Keep data and documentation accurate and provide reliable fulfillment support to our Sales and Customer Care teams. Requirements Ecommerce operations experience: 1–3 years in ecommerce operations, fulfillment, inventory, or a closely related role. Numbers-driven: Strong analytical sense - comfortable with inventory math, reorder points, forecasting, and keeping working capital tight. 3PL & supplier coordination: Confident coordinating 3PLs, carriers, and suppliers, and holding them to deadlines and standards. Automation-first: Comfortable using automations in your daily work - bonus points for building small tools, connecting integrations, and light scripting to move faster. Tech-savvy: Comfortable with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, marketplaces like Amazon and a working understanding of how APIs and integrations connect the tools you use. Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail - a single wrong number in a reorder or a mislabeled shipment is exactly what you catch. Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Eager to learn: A proactive, ownership-first attitude and a willingness to grow your skills in a supportive environment. Bonus Points DTC brand experience: Hands-on experience running operations for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands is a huge advantage. Cross-border fulfillment: Familiarity with multi-geo or cross-border fulfillment and the quirks of expanding into new markets. Tooling: Experience with OMS/ERP, forecasting, or inventory-planning tools. Analytics knowledge: Comfort tracking and reporting on operational KPIs to guide decisions. Creative problem-solving: Bringing fresh ideas to the table for process innovation and improvement. Financial Remuneration The salary range for this position starts at 2300 EUR and is up to 3300 EUR gross per month or higher and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and prior experience.
