You'll take ownership from initial sales engagement through to go-live and hypercare, managing a mix of implementations, renewals, change requests, and complex customer initiatives. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you'll be responsible for balancing customer expectations with commercial objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed scope and governance. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and enjoys managing multiple concurrent projects while driving outstanding customer outcomes. Responsibilities 🤘 Manage multiple customer projects concurrently from initiation through to successful delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Facilitate communication across teams and ensure all parties remain aligned on priorities and deliverables. Monitor project progress and drive actions to maintain momentum and customer satisfaction. Balance competing priorities across a varied portfolio of active projects. Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and customer outcomes What are we looking for? 🔎 Experience delivering customer-facing projects as a Project Manager within a SaaS, technology, or software business. A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and a talent for building trusted customer relationships. Confidence coordinating cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and customers informed. Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches and tools such as Jira, Airtable, Rocketlane, or Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
