Role Description
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day online store support, product listing updates, order coordination, marketplace administration, and digital operations tracking. This role is suitable for someone who is highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and online workflows. You will help ensure that online operations run smoothly, product information remains accurate, and customers receive a reliable shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple operational tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Update product listings, pricing, and product information
Monitor orders, fulfillment coordination, and issue resolution
Support marketplace or website operations
Maintain inventory-related records and online trackers
Coordinate with support, warehouse, or commercial teams
Prepare reports on e-commerce activity and issues
Help improve customer experience and operational efficiency
